Is There a Coming Power Struggle for Water?

Okay - at least they're not using the overtaxed terms 'water wars' or the 'energy-water nexus'. Give thanks for small things.

Note that 'power' has a double meaning. Clever.

In any case, friend and colleague Ari Michelsen sent me this short article. I found it worthwhile and it won't take you long to read.
