Video: T. Boone Pickens and Elinor Ostrom Talkin' Tragedy Trash

Amy Plavak, one of Todd Jarvis' students in his International Water Resources Management class, submitted this video as a class project. It's a hypothetical conversation between T. Boone Pickens and Nobel Laureate Elinor Ostrom.
