Tushaar Shah: Climate Change, Groundwater Governance, and IWRM

Tushaar ShahDr. Tushaar Shah, of IWMI and the Technical Committee of the GWP, assembled this brief slide show on Climate Change and Groundwater Governance in Gujarat, India: IWRM in Practice? 

Highly recommended - take a look.

Shah, trained in development economics and management, has made significant contributions to groundwater. Several years ago he penned Taming the Anarchy: Groundwater Governance in South Asia. That book has been on my 'to read' list lo these many years.

Groundwater and IWRM - what a concept!
