Report: Preserving Water Quality in the McKenzie River Watershed - an Incentive-Based Approach

 Someone on the other side of the USA told me about this report - Carol Collier, Executive Director of the Delaware River Basin Commission. The work was done right here in my backyard for the Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB), by people I know here at the Institute for Natural Resources (INR).
