Tuesday Trifecta: The Hydro-Trifecta - Water Security, Water Conflict Transformation, and Water Diplomacy

Todd_jarvis_0_0Friend and colleague Todd Jarvis provides today's trifecta by examining Image_gallery academic programs in negotiations through the lens of  Water Security (University of East Anglia); Water Diplomacy (Tufts University) and lastly, the Program in Water Conflict Transformation (Oregon State University), in which he is one of the mainstays.
