Resilience Rough Cut: 1) Hurricane Katrina & Hancock Bank; 2) Joplin Schools

At our College retreat the other day, colleague Kelly Benoit-Bird told me of an amazing video she saw at a resilience conference. Banks have taken a lot of heat in recent years, but a small bank on the Mississippi Gulf Coast dealt with the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in quite an amazing way.
