Seapower Magazine Article: 'Drought Brings Focus to Inland Waterways Infrastructure'

UntitledNo, I'm not 'going 'marine' on you, but the February 2013 issue of Seapower has a good article by Daisy R. Khalifa about drought and inland waterways on pages 10-13 (thanks to Steve Stockton).

The picture is from the article and shows barge traffic on the Mississippi River near St. Louis.

Following Khalifa's article is an interview with Coast Guard Vice Admiral Robert C. Parker about the CG's efforts in the wake of Superstorm Sandy.
