'High Cascades Water Farm' Concept Paper: Any Takers?

'High Cascades Water Farm' Concept Paper: Any Takers?

My colleagues and I just submitted a one-page 'concept paper' to a foundation. It's one of those 'high risk' type solicitations.

We want to get a better handle on the ground water flow systems of the High Cascades of Oregon and northern California, in case anyone would ever want to consider exporting the water out of the region.

It's risky scientifically and of course, politically.

So why I am posting this? Thought some rich person might see this and decide to fund us.
